Midwest High Reach is looking for an organized, enthusiastic, detail-oriented person to assist in many areas of the office including secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties. Responsibilities may include creating and preparing invoices to be mailed, answering the phone, maintaining office files, and assisting Parts Manager with parts ordering and inventory.
Applicant must be familiar with office equipment and have knowledge of computers; pleasant telephone manner; customer service oriented "can do" approach to work. Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy. Excellent problem solving and people skills also required.
